Set in the tranquil surroundings of Lower Nill Farm this luxury Shepherd's Hut has glorious views across the North Cotswolds. Lower Nill Farm is just a short distance from the historical village of Hook Norton and in close vicinity of Burford, Banbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Norton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Oxford, Soho Farmhouse, Stow-on-the-wold, Stratford upon Avon and Woodstock.

Our farm is situated in the rolling oxfordshire countryside. Set across 200 acres with a river running along the bottom of it. When you come to the shepherds hut you’ll experience peace and quiet in stylish surroundings. The farm is also home to lots of wildlife including deer, hare and many native species of birds including Buzzards and Red Kites. The local villages of Hook Norton and Sibford Ferris have Cotswold charm plus all the necessary amenities including pubs/restaurants, takeaways, local shops, post office and butchers. Cars are the predominant method of transport however the area is great for bikes with lots of challenging ride on or off road. The local village also has an electric bike hire scheme which is available for visitors if organised prior to your stay.
