Praa Sands is a small coastal village, with the main attraction being the mile long sandy beach. Great for families, a stream meanders its way past Coth Sol ending up on the beach, where children (and adults) spend many fun filled hours damning up the stream, before it enters the ocean. Praa Sands is also popular with surfers, kayakers, bodyboarders and paddleboarders, all of which can be hired on the beach. Coth Sol is also just footsteps away from the South West Coastal Path. Praa Sands is very central to the rest of South West Cornwall, with Marazion and the famous St Michaels Mount, 4 miles away. The fishing village of Porthleven, also just 5 miles away, with an amazing choice of some fine restaurants. St Ives 7 miles away. Penzance 7 miles, Lands End 10 Miles.
