A spacious and luxurious detached holiday home, Court Lodge accommodates up to 10 people at Hillfield Village, near historic Dartmouth. The property has five bedrooms – on the ground floor are two en suite double rooms with King-size beds, and one twin bedroom, and on the first floor are two further bedrooms (one King-size double en suite, and one en suite bedroom with twin single beds).There is also a family bathroom with whirlpool bath and stereo system. The property also has a large private outdoor hot tub, an open plan dining/living room, a beautiful handmade kitchen and utility room, and a fabulous first floor ‘gallery’ seating area. Guests can enjoy the use of Hillfield Village’s children’s play area, all-weather tennis court and beautiful gardens. Court Lodge is a wonderful, luxurious holiday property for a group getaway with friends or family. Plans are being produced to redevelop the previous swimming pool area during 2021, replacing it with an outdoor recreation area available for all year round use.
