This property boasts chic and modern, in the quiet suburb of Everton, which is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, this house is close to all amenities including a sainsburys supermarket and just 10 minute walk to both Anfield and Goodison. Spread across 2 floors there are 3 bedrooms featuring 2 single beds, 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a good sized garden with patio furniture to enjoy the sunshine, it also had great transport links across the city.
Everton is a quiet suburb just outside of the city centre, there are many shops about and you can find many bars and restaurants in the city centre (15 minute walk) an uber to the city centre should cost around 5GBP. There is 2 parking spaces outside the house reserved for guests and at the back of the house there is a lovely little park.
