The location of this property is superb. 50 yards from the Yacht Haven on the High Street, so great for people watching, but can be a bit noisy in evenings if a major event is going on. This is a 1st and 2nd floor traditional IOW flat with two bedrooms. It is NOT contemporary. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, and oven and gas hob, and very light and airy. The downstairs bathroom has sink bath and shower. There are two separate loos on each floor. There are two double bedrooms both with comfortable queen size double beds. There is a double mattress under one of the beds for extra people. There are also two very large sofas, but not sofa beds.
