Comfortable recently refurbished flat in an UNISCO protected Victorian building. The flat has 2 bedrooms with 6 beds in total (2 doubles, two bunk and two single) and comes with free Wifi and full gas central heating. The flat is in a UNISCO protected Victorian building just in the heart of Edinburgh’s historical Royal Mile. The location of the apartment gives you the advantage of being right in the heart of the Old Town within minutes of walk of landmarks including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. The apartment is fully equipped. Bedrooms have wardrobes, and bedside cabinets beside the beds. The bathroom has recently been refurbished and is looking stunning, as you can see from the pictures. The Italian made kitchen comes fully equipped, providing you with all the utensils you need should you be planning to cook. The living area has a big comfortable sofa, 40” Smart TV, dining table and chairs and the same solid oak flooring which runs through the kitchen area. I take pride in the appearance of all my properties and will ensure fresh bedding, towels and shampoo etc are provided for all guests. In addition to what I have listed above the flat also features free WiFi and full gas central heating. There is free parking on the street outside all day Sunday and after 6pm Monday to Saturday. This property operates on a self-checking in system. Once you have completed your booking I will send you an access code for the key safe located beside the front door which will allow you to check in (this can also be found in the host directions and self checking in instructions).
