The open plan kitchen/living/dining area has a full length landscape window over the water, and there is a separate bathroom, featuring complimentary toiletries at the back of the property. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and microwave. There is also a garaged parking space for one car no longer than 5m and no higher than 1.8m. This is a beautiful, contemporary, yet comfy house which feels very welcoming!

The architect designed former coach house of a Royal Naval captain's house, is just steps away from the Cremyll Ferry which is a leisurely 7 minute ride over to the beautiful Mt Edgecombe estate and the hills of Cornwall beyond. Also within a minute’s walk are the cafes and bars of Royal William Yard which offer a wide variety of cuisine with alfresco dining around the marina in the summer. The cottage sits on the South West Coast path and offers an ideal spot for walkers, business travellers or holidaymakers to spend time in Plymouth.
