Kate and I will strive to make your stay here a quality and homely experience. We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease whilst you are here. If there is anything you need, please ask. We cannot always oblige, but we will do our best. PLEASE NOTE that, in the interests of all of our guests, our family rooms are for family members only first and foremost. Where you wish to book non family members into a room, we would ask you to note that this will need to be specifically approved in advance. For the same reason, we are definitely not a venue for stag or hen parties, late entry or anything similar.

One way or another, Kate and Rob are both pretty busy, obviously with the Guest House, and also with our own family activities and other business interests. We have 4 children living locally and 5 grandchildren. Rob runs a small Executive Search, Recruitment, NLP Coaching and Training business.with particular interests in Business, Career, Executive, and Personal Development. Rob and Kate also own a small property development and investment business and together with one of their son's are able to offer a number of rooms to let across the City and have 2 properties available suitable for students.

We are - a 15 minute walk to the N&N Hospital - a 20 minute walk to UEA. This is through a small wood frequented by dog walkers and joggers, but you would probably not choose to walk back this way on a dark night. And it's 6 or 7 minutes in the car. - less than 25 minutes walk to the Norwich Research Park. Cringleford is a lovely, peaceful, area.
