Number 6 Crescent Lodge is one of two stunning apartments we own in the Crescent Lodge Building. The building (which was modelled on The White House) is part of Largs History, serving its purpose over the years as a variety of hotels and dance venues. Comverted into 3 apartments in the early 2000's, we have recently purchased 2 of the 3 apartments and performed a series of renovation works to bring the building up to standard. The apartment is located on the sea front, providing an uninterupted view outwards over The River Clyde. The Island of Millport sits in direct view of the apartment, and the famous Isle of Arran serves as a stunning backdrop when the weather allows! Whether it be the scene of a spectacular sunset in the summer months, or waking up to its snow capped peaks in the Winter. Ailsa Craig can also be spotted in the distance on a clear day...renowned of course as being the source of most of the worlds Curling Stones. The apartment is the ideal base for a walk along Largs' stunning victorian promenade, Northwards into town or head South and you shall find the famous pencil monument and Largs Marina. The property is located in a quieter area of town, but still close enough that town is easily accessed. The famous Pencil Monument is located just a 5 minute walk away and serves as a memorial to 'The Battle Of Largs' in 1263. The property is located 5 minutes from the Calmac ferry to the Isle of Cumbrae, which will provide a fun day out with plenty to see and do. The property also serves as an excellent base for a golfing holiday, located just 2 mins from Largs Golf Club and 5 minutes from Routenburn Golf Club!
