Information about the host

Originally a hotel and pub, our property has been completely renovated to a tearooms and B & B. Both rooms are en suite and have tea and coffee making facilities. We are just across to road from Dundrennan Abbey, and have stunning views across the countryside.

We both enjoy meeting new people and are passionate about making our guests stay as comfortable as possible, we will always do our best to help our guests with knowledge of the local area and offer a wide range of leaflets for our guests to make the most of their stay enjoying the best of what Dumfries and Galloway has to offer.

As we are on the coastal road, there are some of the most beautiful views of the coast and of the stunning scenery in the area, South West Scotland is a hidden gem and there are beautiful walks as well as quaint little villages. We sit over the road from the beautiful ruins of Dundrennan Abbey, a mile and a half from Abbey Burnfoot beach where there are views over to the Isle of Mann and Cumbria and just 6 miles from the famous artists town of Kirkcudbright which is now home to a new gallery displaying some fantastic works of art.
