It is a recently refurbished and spacious modern 3 bedroom bungalow ideally located within a fifteen minute walk of Inverness city centre. The property consists of a living room with TV and sound system, three double bedrooms, bathroom/wet room and huge dining / kitchen with bi-fold doors that open onto the spacious private garden with a summer house. There are two king sized beds and one double bed. There is off street parking for up to four cars.

Culduthel Road is a quiet residential area of the City. A perfect place to relax. Off street parking is available for 4 cars and public transport is only a street away. Inverness shops, bars, cafes and restaurants are only a 15 minute walk from Culduthel Cottage. There are also many world famous golf courses nearby, fishing, hiking and sailing.
