Dale Farm House Retreat is set in the New Forest in the hamlet of Applemore, and guests can walk directly into the Marchwood Inclosure area of the Forest. The property is 8.7 miles by road or 10 minutes by ferry from Hythe to Southampton city centre with theatres, cinemas, museums and shops.

The property features countryside views, 6 separate bedrooms including one on the ground floor, a large living room with a coal fire, a large separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Flat-screen TVs are available in all living rooms and bedrooms. Guests can relax in the garden where there is a round house with light and heat, a trampoline and swings for children.

The property is half a mile from a large supermarket and Southampton Airport is 12.4 miles away by road.
