Company information

Hi my name is Nick and together with my dog Benji, we relocated to Skipton in early 2019. Since then I have been busy renovating my property, I also have a number of other properties in the North West. I also live and work in Skipton so will be available should you have any problems during your stay.

Property information

Dales Edge in Skipton is a traditional Yorkshire mill workers house built around 1900. The property has undergone extensive refurbishment over the past year and has been finished and furnished to a high standard. The property boasts a large lounge / dining room with a traditional gas stove fitted under an oak mantel piece. The room also boasts a ceiling fan for those warmer days and is furnished with quality light oak furniture and flooring. There is a downstairs cloakroom complete with walk in shower. The kitchen is light and spacious with granite work surfaces and gloss cream cupboards and opens out onto a very sunny private courtyard equipped with chairs and table. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both furnished in quality light oak wit and again fitted with ceiling fans for those warmer evenings. The bathroom has a beautiful Duchess bath so you can enjoy a nice soak with a glass of wine and a book after a hard days exploration on the Dales or shopping in Skipton. The property incorporates Hive heating, Smart burglar alarm / door lock system, fully integrated fire and CO alarm system, Fire doors on both bedrooms and kitchen and emergency lighting on the stairs.
