Refurbished, cosy 2 bedroom house in quiet cul-de-sac. Fully equipped spacious modern kitchen diner as well as sitting room to relax and watch TV. Refurbished bathroom completed Dec 2019 (includes large shower cubicle to replace the bath). Both bedrooms are good sizes with double in one room and twin singles in the other. There is a local convenience store at the end of the road and many places to dine out or take out. This house is very much ideal for workers who want to stay near to work and yet have a home from home experience with all facilities not just a room.

I'm an outgoing friendly person who would like to rescue every badly treated animal in the world but sadly can't. I am an entrepreneur and have traveled extensively. I like to see different things and experience other ways of life in other countries. I am offering my home for holiday makers and business travellers alike who would prefer to stay in a house not a room. As a host I would expect your stay to be of a very high standard as that is what I would expect as a guest. I am available throughout your stay but will not be on site. You will be afforded your privacy to enjoy the house and the local area.

This is a close neighbourhood and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. There are local buses that will take you into the town centre where you can get buses from the bus depot to take you into Manchester, Bolton, Wigan etc where you can then take trains to go further afield. Haydock Park is close by for those who enjoy the races.
