Built on the success of The Penthouse with Gated Parking, we introduce our second property, The Duplex with Deck and Drinks with the option for breakfast (available on some plans or at extra cost). Only just completed, The Duplex was completed in December 2019 in a quiet road, next to Dane Park and close to shops, the beach and Margate Old Town. Its a quiet garden facing two storey property (no one above) boasting two large luxurious bedrooms, (one with an 8 foot plush headboard and real Oak side tables), 1000 pocket sprung mattresses (the King converting to zip and link single beds on request). There is a Bose sound speaker, Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and Amazon, Amazon Echo with Alexa, Phillips Hue colour changing lights with Netflix using an IPad in the Master bedroom. Multi charging cables are provided in three rooms and a whole host of things to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even a complementary mini bar! We have a cot/highchair/babies bathing sponge/plates and cutlery and safety plugs within the property for families.

I have owned a holiday home in Margate for over 12 years. I love Margate and the seaside generally so I decided to share my love of interior design and a new found desire to truly ‘look after’ people (who knew) by opening a holiday home just for guests. I have found my calling! Every wonderful review makes me want to do more and more to make every guest feel special. Last year, I decided to buy my second property which I am thrilled about. I'm very proud of what I have achieved at The Duplex in Madeira Road look forward to life returning back to normal.
