Our home is has been a labour of love for the past 8 years. My husband and I have lovingly renovated the house, room by room to get it to the standard we would like. We have chosen a modern look with all modern facilities such as underfloor heating, washer/dryer, smart LED TVs and plenty of storage space. We have a large leather sofa that is great for relaxing on in front of the large tv. The house has 3 bedrooms with 1 x super king bed, 1 x double (very comfortable sofa bed) and 1 x single bed. There is a desk and office chair to work at in the single bedroom with pull up plug socket and usb charging port. Gas central heating for the bedrooms and hallway, the lounge, kitchen, utility and bathroom have electric underfloor heating. The house is very close to the M62/M60 and M66 motorways, which are within a 5 minute drive. Manchester is a 25 minute drive, the Trafford Centre is also around a 20 minute drive. There are the nearby towns of Bury, Rochdale and Middleton. Trams on the metrolink lines run from Rochdale and Bury. The East Lancs Railway runs through Heywood (station is on Green Lane/Railway Street) and a trip on a steam train can be taken from the Heywood station at weekends. There is a bus that runs from Manchester to Bury on the main road (2-3 minute walk from the house).
