Featuring a large decked area and en suite bathroom, our lodge offers a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, a CD player and Blu-ray player. Linen is supplied.
Our lodge has a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar and a dining table which seats four people.
Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant or a drink at the bar.

Our lodge us equipped to a high standard and is clean and well managed for the comfort of our guests. Suitable for families and couples. Not suitable for party animals eg. hens or stags. We do not accept pets or children under five and our lodge and decking area is non smoking. The lodge has its individual parking space and is in a quiet and open position overlooking the landscaped grounds of Devon Hills.
We are a mature couple who spend time abroad thus enabling us to make our holiday lodge in Devon available for others to enjoy. Devon Hills offers five star facilities and included in your stay are the use of the leisure centre with indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room with tennis courts also on the site and a children's adventure play area. Devon Hills offers plenty of open space for ball games and on site is the lovely 15th century thatched inn named The Blagdon. We enjoy the peace and quiet that our lodge on Devon Hills offers and we hope that you will too. There are no noisy amusements on site but plenty of wildlife to watch. Quite often we get visiting woodpeckers and there are numerous rabbits and squirrels.
Devon Hills is situated in a perfect location for exploring both the coast of the English riviera and the quaint towns and villages of the South Hams. Totnes is just three miles away and is a very unique town boasting it's very own Totnes pound. Dartmouth with the Royal naval college is reached either by road or ferry and the steam railway is another exciting way to visit Dartmouth and Kingswear followed by a river trip up the Dart. Dartmoor itself is nearby with the many tors and marshes made so popular in the Sherlock Holmes novels such as Hounds of the Baskervilles. Several National Trust properties are on our doorstep such as Greenway, Agatha Christies holiday home, Coleton Fishacre, Compton castle, Killerton house and many more. For shopping take a trip to Torquay or Newton Abbot and then explore the fishing town of Brixham or the village of Stoke Gabriel with its mill pool. All these are Easily accessible from our lodge and offer a wonderful experience. For children there is Paignton zoo and living coasts which give hours of enjoyment and of course we have many blue flag beaches for those sunny days.
