This Newly Renovated House Contains 2X Double rooms & 1X Single Room in Cathays each with a Private Bathroom – Close to Cardiff City Center and University Hospital. he house has been renovated almost entirely (the outside still needs a bit of touching up) within the last few months & so everything is brand new. The space Each bed has a memory foam mattress so you will have a great night’s sleep. Fast Virgin-Media WiFi for all residents. The only shared space is the fully-equipped kitchen - There is a large fridge-freezer that you are entirely welcome to use! Treat the space as you would your own, but please be respectful of others by clearing up after yourselves in the kitchen. We clean. We clean a-lot actually. We provide towels, sheets, pillows and duvets that are cleaned after EVERY stay. If you need an iron, this is located under the stairs. The house contains an upstairs and downstairs. We only short-term let the downstairs as the upstairs is filled with long term tenants. We ask that short term visitors respect their privacy by not visiting the upstairs even though they’re lovely and likely to say hi if they bump into you!
