The lovely room is bright an airy, in a friendly small block of flats. There is a new, expensive mattress, memory foam, very comfortable! The room can have a desk if required. There is a garden and patio also. It is 1 in walk from the Central line and the fantastic Wanstead high st, which a sought after spot, offering many restaurants, cafes and bars. I am a warm, sociable Yoga/Mindfulness teacher and my 8 yr old son is with me half the week. Breakfast, tea & coffee is also offered with the room inc in the price.

This is a wonderful neighborhood, a very sought after area. Just 3 stops from Westfield and the Olympic park. Easy transport links to O2. Central line to Oxford st 23 mins. Also walking distance to the gorgeous Epping forest.
