The B&B is now, due to Covid, a self-catering rental. Come and stay awhile in this family-friendly home - a unique 200 year stone cottage. A rural retreat, enjoy a variety of walks on the doorstep that take you into woods, ponds and alongside the River Teith. Start or end your holiday with us. With are ideally located for a stopover from airport to the Highlands & Islands. A short stroll will take you to the medieval Doune Castle (filmset for Outlander & Monty Python) Also within walking distance are Deanston Distillery, a couple of a pub, a hotel, the river Teith (with salmon, trout and sea trout), award-winning Doune Duck ponds, a cafe, restaurants and take-away. There is a pharmacy, Co-op, Spar and banking for your convenience. Great travelling base for Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Trossachs. If you want to hike, Ben Lomond, Ben Ledi , Ben Ann, Ben Venue are nearby.
