We have been in the hospitality business for many years but this is a new venture as an Airbnb. For some years now it has come apparent that people want a more home from home approach when staying away from their home whether it's business or leisure. Its also clear that people like to see more value for your money as hotel rooms can be very expensive in comparison to letting out a whole property. The advantages of this is not just in the price it is also that you have all the amenities of what you would have in your own home. Many people feel like they want to be able to cook their own food instead of relying on restaurants they want to be able to have the whole family under one roof instead of individual rooms spread across a hotel this is where we feel this is the way forward for future vacations or business related trip with multiple occupancy. Since we have been open for business we've asked for feedback basically all travellers have said it boils down to value for money. They like the concept of sharing the property not only as it breaks down the pricing individually they can also share the cost of living essentials i.e. food shopping.
