Hi and thank you for reviewing my listing. I own a lovely 2 bed flat in London, Streatham Hill / Tulse Hill. The flat is closest to Tulse Hill Station (an 8 minute walk) which has great/fast access to central stations including Blackfriars (16 minutes) and London Bridge (19 minutes). Brixton Tube Station (Victoria line) is a nearby 8 minute bus ride. Wimbledon is also very close, 4 stops from Tulse Hill Station (15 minutes). High ceilings, cosiness & quick access to central London from nearby Tulse Hill station (15 min to Blackfriars or Wimbledon, 19 min to London Bridge) are a few of the attractions of my flat. It is a newly refurbished Victorian, has double glazed windows & a great functional kitchen / living room. The bedrooms have a great double bed (guests often comment on how nice it is), wardrobe, drawers, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, large warm gas heater. A fan is provided in summer. All basic requirements are provided (Sheets / Towels / Handwash / Toilet paper). The flat has a common area Kitchen / Living room / TV area where all Kitchen appliances / cooking equipment and TV are available. The rooms do not have TVs or Kitchens. These are in common area.

I live a healthy and active lifestyle, enjoying road cycling most weekends during Spring and Summer and some trekking when the weather is great. I love good coffee, cooking, travel, down time when available and the odd night out in central London. Thanks and I hope you enjoy your stay in London, and hopefully the cosy room I have available.

The flat is closest to Tulse Hill Station (an 8 minute walk) and Streatham Hill Station is a 15 minute walk. There are numerous pubs and cafes close by, as well as restaurants and fast food outlets (KFC included), as well as a supermarket close by (all within 700m). Also Streatham High Street (road) is Europe's longest high street, and is a short 15 minute walk. Movie theatres, restaurants, multiple cafes and restaurants including Turkish, Lebanese, Thai, Indian, Italian, Vietnamese, Chinese are all within a 15 minute walk. Close by Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park are renowned green spaces. Nearby Herne Hill has a Sunday market which is a truly fantastic local attraction and I do hope you visit if you have spare time on a Sunday morning.
