The Fettes Residence is situated in an exclusive residential area to the North of Edinburgh City Centre in the shadows of the world famous Fettes College. There is a large sitting/dining area with 2 large, comfortable sofas. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other a lovely master bedroom with en-suite shower room. It can be set up as two single beds or a super king. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Edinburgh comfortable and enjoyable. In the utility room downstairs, guests have access to a washer dryer so they can launder their own clothes, should the need arise.

The Fettes residence is enviably situated around the corner from the exclusive Stockbridge, with its independent shops, bakeries, and cafes. Within 20 minutes you can be in the centre of Edinburgh and the world-famous Princes Street and Royal Mile.
