Easter Lodge is brand new, self contained accommodation situated in a beautiful countryside village, Funtington. It has 2 bedrooms*, both with kingsize beds, a family bathroom with large walk-in shower, open plan living space with zen corner and gorgeous kitchen equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. There is safe, off road parking for 2 cars, private garden and entrance. The local pub is a stones throw away, as is the Farm Shop, Hallidays Restaurant and the amazing Kingley Vale. *Please note that if Easter Lodge is booked for 1/2 guests you will have access to the upstairs bedroom only and the downstairs bedroom will be locked. The downstairs bedroom is for bookings of 3/4 guests where you will require both bedrooms. We will supply dog treats and a bowl, however you will need to bring their food and bed/blankets/towels etc. Extra charges apply for dogs per stay. Please be aware that there is currently construction work happening next door to Easter Lodge, however this is fenced off. The builders are on site Monday to Friday from 8 to 5pm and they do not work weekends.

Easter Lodge is right next to our house so we will be around to help you with anything you need while you are staying with us. We want to make your visit as special and relaxing as possible so please feel free to ask for whatever you need and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Funtington is a small, friendly and quiet countryside village situated in the beautiful South Downs, just 5 miles west of Chichester City Centre. If you are into hiking, trail running, mountain biking, nature, then Easter Lodge is perfect for you as you can find miles and miles of beautiful scenery within Kingley Vale Nature Reserve which is on our doorstep. We are situated within walking distance of the beautiful Kingley Vale Nature Reserve which has many walking routes with views to die for. The famous West Wittering Beach is a 25 minute drive away and you will need a car to get there. We would also recommend looking on the West Wittering website to see if you need to book your parking space. There is a bus that goes directly to Chichester City Centre and the stop is a 30 second walk from Easter Lodge. Its the No.54 if you wanted to look at the times. Goodwood is a 10 minute drive away, as it Chichester City Centre and Bosham Harbour. Ashling Park is a brand new Vineyard just a 2 minute drive down the road, producing the most delicious Sparkling Wine, Still Wine and Gin. They offer Tours and Tasting and we would highly recommend visiting.
