Our spacious apartment is located in Shirley, Solihull, close to Blythe Valley Business Park and all local amenities. Ten minutes by car from Birmingham International Airport and the NEC and the HS2 Solihull Interchange. It is within easy walking distance to a supermarket and on great public transport routes to Birmingham, Solihull and beyond. Historic Stratford upon Avon is only a half hour drive away with its many attractions, as is the National Motorcycle Museum. We have provided an office space with superfast broadband, which makes 'working from home' possible even while away from home. It has is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine etc. We have recently redecorated and refurbished to create a fresh and clean, but homely atmosphere in the apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet spot at the rear of the close, well away from the main road. There are some great restaurants, cafes and bars in the Shirley area, as well as a good choice of supermarkets. A short bus or train ride can take you into the vibrant centres of Solihull and Birmingham, with plenty to see and do.

Myself and my husband previously ran a Guest House in the area for some considerable years, which I feel has made us appreciate what guests require out of their stay, whether it be for work, or pleasure. I would prefer with advanced bookings to send keys and instructions prior to booking, though I am available for any queries or issues.

There is parking available in the parking area outside the block and additional parking by the neighbouring block. There is excellent public transport from the main road a short walk away. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes in the Shirley area, including Nando's, Prezzo and some great independents such as Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Italian and Turkish, so there are a lot of eating choices right on the doorstep. A short bus, taxi or train ride will take you into Solihull which has a Cinema and many more places to eat. The National Motorcycle Museum is not to far away, and Stratford upon Avon is easy to get to with all its attractions. Birmingham City Centre is also easily accessed by bus or train too.
