Welcome to our beautiful fully restored Edwardian house in Swanage with stunning sea views. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The modern kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house/garden is a perfect place to relax and offers a large wall mounted HD surround sound television in the living room, a good sized TV in each bedroom and even in the kitchen. Broadband internet access that covers most of the house (not garden). The living room has an Avalon wood burning stove (double sided glass doors, one side towards the living room the other side towards the dining room) which makes for especially snug evenings beside the fire; watching TV or enjoying delicious evening meals at the large dining table in the dining room surrounded by beautiful vintage furniture and artworks. This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8/9.

House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property for one car with another car across drive way. House is in an upmarket area of town, very quite and parking on the street is never a problem. - Pets are NOT allowed at the property. Mature/enclosed garden at rear of house with stunning sea and hill views. Large four ring gas fired BBQ available for hire, extra charge for each session to cover use of gas (Honesty system, just leave cash in box provided. Wire cleaning brush and cooking tools provided). Garden furniture includes large iron dining table and chairs for six/eight people as well as small charming coffee/patio set and large rattan double day bed for sun bathing. Good sized conservatory/garden room with seating leads to the garden from the kitchen.
