Aspire Living was found in 2010 by myself, Chris Paton and our focus has been centred on creating high specification homes in North East of England which has seen us win regional awards in consecutive years for the quality of our homes and service we deliver. Being able to create a space and share Newcastle with guests staying in the area has long been a dream of mine and this has finally been realised with the development of Elmire House Apartments. For us, creating a great place to stay, routed to the area was central to the vision but creating a wider ripple effect of benefits was also a key driver. Elmire house has uniquely enabled just that. From the loan facility to acquire and develop this building which was uniquely sourced directly from people with shared values which in return has enabled them to leave their jobs and retire early to the relationship we have established with locals businesses, the impact has been positive and wide. Elmire house Apartments is a force of good which is hopefully the first of many to come from a great team.

Elmire House Apartments is a group of Apartments in Heaton, Newcastle’s trendy suburb. After purchasing the building in 2018 as a former doctor’s surgery, it has since undergone complete renovation to create 5 Luxury Apartments of differing size. Inspiration was drawn directly from the proud local area and its heritage to create a unique and luxurious space for guests to stay. We are very proud of Elmire House and look forward to sharing it with you.

Elmire House Apartments is nestled in the trendy suburb of Heaton, a thriving & historic part of Newcastle with its array of cafes, eateries and bars, all within a short walk. Bear & Natural Kitchen across the road is a favourite for a quick breakfast in the morning. In the evening why not try the highly rated Starks Kitchen. There is something for everyone and all are accessible by foot. Heaton also boats a beautiful and historic park with peaceful woodland walks and running routes. Tranquillity on the door step of lively Newcastle City centre and is just a short 9-minute walk from the Apartment.
