Hidden behind the iron gates and leafy foliage surrounding this amazing villa, a pleasant patio is available for all our guests staying in the villa. The villa itself is set back from the road, behind iron gates. This gothic wonder was once a Victorian Schoolhouse. Its owners have lovingly rearranged it into five uniquely decorated apartments.
Erre's Atelier is a delightful and compact one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of an awe-inspiring gothic Victorian villa perched on the lower slope of Wells Road, leading right to the centre of Bath. With one double bedroom, a sleep sofa in the lounge, dining area, kitchen & bathroom, this flat makes a perfect retreat from the bustle of Bath. PLEASE NOTE: This is a character-filled building and is not the "perfect boutique hotel" so many guests desire nowadays. It may not be your cup of tea. But if you want to give in to your bohemian impulses, you will enjoy this eclectically furnished and unusual retreat close to all the wonders that Bath has to offer.
The Wells Road leads right to the centre of Bath, and our house is located just a little ways away from the River Avon, so it is an easy stroll into Bath and all the cafes, pubs, excellent restaurants and historic sites. We are also a short stroll from our "Reproduction Georgian" Southgate Shopping Centre, replete with restaurants and shops steps away from the Bath Spa Railway Station. Walking is always the best way to get around Bath, but fortunately, there are also many long stay car parks in the centre, so you could drive if you prefer. We also have busses and taxis and the Bath Bus Tour. The Bath Spa Bus Station connects with the Bristol Airport Bus as well as the National Express coach that takes you direct to London and Heathrow. The Bath Spa Train Station connects to London's Paddington Station, which is only 90 minutes away.
