A homely bungalow hidden away in a small village in the Abbey Cwm Hir Valley. The Bungalow has a lovely woodburner for cosy nights in, a newly refurbished kitchen, 4 bedrooms (two doubles, two twins), two bathrooms, a large garden and a Hottub. The property is a 2 minute walk from the local pub and is the gateway to many countryside walks.

I live next door to the property, and am always on hand to help with any queries or issues guests may have.

Elan Valley dams are just a 15 minute drive. The Elan Valley area has been given the dark sky park award, providing unspoilt views of many stars and constellations. Rhayader is a small market town only a 15 minute drive form Erw Fair and hosts 11 pubs, and a handful of small shops. Llandrindod Wells, an historic spa town is also only a 20 minutes drive away. We have a village pub called 'Happy Union' which is 2 minutes away. There is no shop but home delivery from Tesco or Asda is available. Mobile Phone signal at the property and in the surrounding area is poor however we do provide fiberoptic Wi-Fi.
