Eype House Caravan Park is a small family run business which we have been running for 28 years.
Nestled in the idyllic village of Eype and a short walk from the unspoiled Eype Beach, Eype House occupies 4 and a half acres of rising ground and beautiful extensive sea and countryside views with a choice of static caravans. Our Lyme caravans have 1 bedroom with a pull out bed in the living room so can sleep up to 4 people. Our Asker caravans have 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin and can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. Finally the Eype caravans also sleep 4 adults and 2 children but also have brilliant sea views, adjacent parking, double glazing and central heating. All our caravans are fully serviced and have a digital TV, DVD and microwave. All are non-smoking.
Located on the first natural World Heritage site in Britain, the famous Jurassic Coast, Lyme Bay was awarded its status due to being the only stretch of coast offering a complete record of 185 million of Earth's history. Fossil hunting is a favourite activity amongst our visitors at Eype House with Lyme Regis being the place to visit for any avid fossil hunter. 2 miles from Eype is the busy market town of Bridport with a good range of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes to suit everyone. The street market is held every Saturday and Wednesday with a farmer's and vintage market once a month. For spectacular coastal views across Lyme Bay, undulating walks along the cliff top to the west will take you to Thorncombe Beacon, Seatown and Golden Cap. Heading to the east, you can visit West Bay with its charming harbour and boat trips for deep sea and mackerel fishing.
