This excellently located duplex apartment rests in the heart of Dartmouth, close to the Royal Avenue Gardens. A parking pass for the long stay car park is provided and there is alternative parking at Dartmouth Park & Ride, approximately 5 minutes’ drive away. A stylish property in an idyllic location. There are two flights of steps leading up to the duplex apartment. NOTE - No parking at the property - parking permit supplied (car park is approximately 3-5 minute walk from the apartment). Please note that the Mayors Avenue car park is closed for the Regatta Week and parking will be at the Dartmouth Park and RideAll bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon.
