A lovely, bright and airy large 4-bedroom house in Fairhaven, perfect for large families, families sharing and golfing parties. The house boasts 4 double bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms with smart TV’s and an real fire for cosy winter evenings, a dining room, a kitchen diner and 3 bathrooms. The house has a lovely back garden enclosed by large double gates to provide a safe and secure environment for pets and children. There are patio doors leading from the dining room onto a decked area, perfect in the summer months. The garden is south facing and benefits from sunshine throughout the day. There is a BBQ available for those who wish to eat alfresco and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the garden. In addition, at the front of the house, there is off road parking for 3-4 vehicles.
Fairhaven House is nestled between Lytham and St Annes on the Fylde Coast. It’s a 2 minute walk from the house to the beach and to Granny’s bay, famous for its bird wildlife. Fairhaven Lake is around the corner with its tennis, boating lake and café. A short walk from the house brings you to the Fairhaven Gastro pub. A 15 minute stroll along the famous Lytham Green brings you to the lovely coastal town of Lytham with all its excellent cafés, bars and restaurants. The green and its iconic Windmill is the backdrop for the renowned Lytham Proms festival. A 5 minute drive takes you to St Annes, a traditional seaside town with its stunning beaches, pier, cafes, and fish and chips. St Annes beach is the setting for the International Kite Festival. Golfers are very well catered for with Royal Lytham, Fairhaven, Green Drive and Old Links Golf Club’s all within a 15 minute drive. There are excellent transport links to the local area, including Blackpool and its numerous family attractions such as the Tower, Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and Blackpool Illuminations. The train station is a 5 minute walk, so a car is not essential.
