Ann and Cliff bought Falconhurst 21 years ago, They came with a large family who have now left home. They decided to covert part of their home to become a holiday let. They are passionate about helping the community and are concerned about the number of outside owned lets and holiday homes. Their youngest daughter and her family life across the road and Laura will be manging the let and be your point of contact. Some of the money raised through the let will be donate to the village nursery. Some 12 years ago Cliff started a wifi cooperative in the village and the free wifi at Falconhurst is supplied by Bay Broadband coop where profits are put back into the community. Falconhurst is also the UK HQ of Social Enterprise International Ltd where Cliff is the Managing Director. Ann is a former housing manager for a Housing Association.
