The apartment is contemporary and spacious, suffused with natural light and positive vibes in every corner. It is on the 3rd floor of a Grade II listed Georgian style building. The bright and cheery living room greets you upon entering the apartment. The large Georgian windows allow in the sun, while the fireplace, oversized pendant lamp and dimmer enable mood lighting in the night. You can lounge on the huge L-shaped sofa-cum-bed and armchair, fitted with soft pillows and down throw rugs, and unwind and maybe catch a film or your favourite Netflix show on the 52-inch flatscreen TV. The sofa transforms into a comfortable double bed, ideal for 2 children, or one adult. A spacious 6-seater dining table, placed in front of the art gallery wall, will accommodate your flock for a lovely meal together. You can enjoy gorgeous views of Regent’s Park from here. The modern kitchen is fitted with all mod con appliances, everything you need to cook up a feast. 2 evenly sized bedrooms are at either end of the flat, both with ample storage and gorgeous marble tiled bathrooms each. The closest tube is Baker Street station, just a 3 minute walk by foot.
