Surrounded by mountains, rivers and walking trails, there is free on-site parking and a pool table available. The coastal town of Barmouth is a 9-minute drive away.

The accommodation features a TV and a seating area.There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. The private bathroom comes with a bath and a shower. Guests can enjoy the mountain and garden views from the room.

At Farchynys Hall there are barbecue facilities. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including hiking and cycling.

From the property, Barmouth Harbour is 4 miles away and Fairbourne Golf Club is a 21-minute drive away. Porthmadog is a 39-minute drive away.

Farchynys Hall is a Victorian Manor House set in the magnificent Mawddach Estuary. The 3 bedroomed self catering accommodation occupies an independent wing of this imposing country house -and is only let as a single unit, and NOT as a shared facility

We have lived in Farchynys Hall for 25 years. We know the area well, and can freely offer advice on activities, attractions, walks, etc. Also, being Welsh & Welsh Speaking, we can offer an insight to the customs and culture of Wales.

Farchynys Hall is situated in one of the most beautiful valleys in Wales - yet only a few miles from the sandy beaches of the West Coast. The backdrop of mountains so close to the sea, make a very picturesque setting for the whole locality. Mountain lakes, tumbling streams and rivers, small villages, and spacious beaches, prove the area to be a memorable destination for all our guests. Southern Snowdonia is also a wonderful leisure destination, - for beach combing, hill walking, white water canoeing, historic castles, steam railways, etc. Also, there is Mountain Biking, Zip Wires, & Bounce Below, for the adventurous.
