The 17th century property is within walking distance of the villages of Colsterworth and Woolsthorpe-by-Colsterworth, with the latter home to the popular national trust site of Woolsthorpe Manor, the birthplace and family home of Sir Isaac Newton. Farriers Cottage is perfectly situated for access to a number of popular local attractions, with Burghley House, Rutland Water, Belvoir Castle, Hambleton Hall and and Belton House all within a 20 minute drive.

This country cottage is the original guest house of a 17th century farmhouse. The property is situated within a one-acre plot alongside the main house, and enjoys beautiful views of the Lincolnshire countryside. To the rear of the property is access to a public footpath which takes you to Colsterworth in 5 minutes, where there is a pub and two shops. The neighbouring village of Woolsthorpe-by-Colsterworth is home to the birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton, which is now a national trust site.
