The towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, on Exmoor's North Devon coast, are linked by its famous water-powered Cliff Railway. The towns offer many amenities, shops, pubs and restaurants. Lynton is also home to a full time cinema showing the latest releases for evening entertainment. In Lynmouth you will find one of the three Exmoor National Park Visitors Centres. In Lynton you will find the Tourist Information Centre. Both of these provide a wealth of information for those wishing to explore the National Park. Lynton is also home to the Valley of Rocks with its interesting geology and herd of feral goats. As well as being on the route of the South West Coast Path, there are many circular walks suitable for people of all abilities. The scenery is simply stunning.
