Hi, I am Karen, Thanks for looking at Fillys Folly a unique Tiny house situated in a quiet country lane. People are embracing the tiny life philosophy and the freedom that accompanies the tiny house lifestyle. This unique space gives you the opportunity to experience this the tiny house when away for business or traveling for pleasure - something a little different to the standard. A hotel feel with home comforts and privacy. Key safe private entrance- It took two years to design in my head and then there was the build :) The tiny house sleeps up to 4 prob family and kids, close friends or two couples but prob not 4 large people. Nestled in my garden overlooking fields , close to the M1 but in the heart of the country . Perfect for the business traveller.North Crawley is steeped in History The village name 'Crawley' is an Old English language word, and means 'clearing frequented by crows'. In the Domesday Book of 1086 the village was referred to as Crauelai. In manorial records in 1197 the area was split into Great Crawley and Little Crawley. Please be aware that 48 hours notice is needed for hot tub and small additional payment. Just ask if you have any questions .
I travel a lot myself and so there are some things that are really important to me like a great hot shower , clean sheets , proper matress and small touches like free coffee tea etc . So I have tried to use my own travel experience to build this tiny house to allow others to enjoy .
We are 35 min from London on the train and between Cambridge to the east and Oxford to the west . There is lots to do in the area with indoor skiing in Milton Keynes , lots of water sports facilities and great walks in and around the area . Woburn is only ten minutes away and there is a safari park , Bletchely park and other historical sites within easy reach. The village iteslf has two pubs and a small shop and local dairy selling unpaturised milk .
