Flat 2, Fairfax Place is a modern and stylish flat in one of the oldest, characterful and most central buildings in town. Recently renovated it retains its quirkiness and charms whilst providing modern living and technologies including underfloor heating, Wifi, Smart TVs & Google Hubs to ensure the perfect romantic getaway for couples or a fun and easy holiday with friends and family. A parking permit is supplied for the nearby car park. Located on the second floor, the front door opens to the lovely hallway with the combined kitchen/dining room and lounge at the front of the apartment and the bedrooms and bathroom at the rear. The kitchen diner is well-equipped with all the accessories that one may require to host a dinner party or equally a quiet night in. The light bright lounge consists of a 48 inch Smart TV and large corner sofa. There are two bedrooms, The master bedroom has a fixed king-size bed and the second bedroom which has a king-size that can be split into into two single beds if required (please let us know upon booking). The bathroom is finished to a very high standard with a separate toilet.
