Seaview Apartment is a contemporary apartment nestled in the heart of Dawlish, in the beautiful county of Devon. It boasts two bedrooms; a king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request) and a single with pull out single, sleeping four altogether. There is also a bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. Outside you have stairs leading to a roof terrace and to the front of the building is off-road parking for one car. Seaview Apartment can be enjoyed at anytime of the year. Note: This property is unsuitable for those with limited mobility due to the steps leading up to the apartment. Note: The steep staircase leading up to the roof terrace is not suitable for young children.
The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small cinema. There is sandy beach with a crazy golf course and up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield is Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth.
