Springfield House is entirely non-smoking, except for garden areas. Cots cannot be provided, but you are most welcome to bring your own, however the property has a high-chair.

Set in the heart of Coleshill town, an old Georgian coaching halt, Springfield House is Grade 2 listed character property that provides a home-from-home experience, yet has plenty of modern facilities. All rooms are ensuite with power showers and flat-screen Freeview TVs. Superfast broadband coverage for the whole property. Each room has facilities for making tea and coffee and some rooms have work desks. Popular wedding venue Shustoke Barn is just two and a half miles from Springfield House and romantic Hampton Manor is only a 10 minute drive away. We can offer flexible accommodation for extra guests or rooms for the bride or groom to prepare for the big day. Our Georgian Grade II listed building with its period features inside and out provides an ideal backdrop for photos. Home-cooked evening meals are available on request. Try our renowned breakfast too! Park and fly packages available, including airport transfer.

Just 10 minutes from the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International train station and close to the M6, M42 and M5 motorways makes Springfield House easily accessible. Additionally, The Belfry Golf Course and Drayton Manor Theme park are 10 minutes away. Warwick and Stratford upon Avon are only 40 minutes from here too. A great bed and breakfast choice for both business and leisure!
