This traditional stone built first floor apartment with sea views is in an ideal location with two double bedrooms and unrestricted parking. Marmion Road is just a 4 minute walk from the High Street and yet is in a quiet residential area surrounded by similar properties. Approached via an external staircase to the rear of the property, there is an entrance hallway and leading off this is the living room with stove and other period features and fronted by large bay windows framing sea views. The adjacent kitchen/dining room is fitted with a selection of classic wood cabinets and all the usual appliances. The dining table can easily seat six and this room also commands superb sea views. There is an elegant family bathroom with roll top bath and two double bedrooms. To the rear there is a private garden and summerhouse which could be used to store bikes or golf clubs if required.
