Harrogate Serviced Apartments have been established for 13 years, launched 2006 and currently offers 16 serviced apartments on their portfolio for short term stays or longer. You can choose from a collection of individually designed properties, from one to two bedrooms, it all depends on your accommodation requirements and style. For larger groups you may wish to stay in one or more apartments in the same building. All of our apartments have their own special touch and have been tastefully designed with carefully thought through interiors and furnishings, flashy Italian Kitchens to classic with a contemporary twist, I’m sure we will have an apartment to suit your needs. Every Serviced Apartment is personally viewed by us, we work very closely with the owners to make sure they are all, as a minimum, 4 Star Plus Standard. They each include a Welcome Book providing appliance instructions, WiFi codes and a few recommendations on what to do in Harrogate.

Property information

Franklin Rise is a second floor apartment and renovated and furnished in March 2019, so very new. This is a lovely two bedroom apartment with clean lines and furnishings. The apartment offers an abundance of natural light and has an open plan lounge and kitchen, so you can all be together when sharing you time away from home. The bedrooms - one king bed and one single bed with one spacious one walk in shower room, both with TV's. There is plenty of wardrobe space and all open with hanging rails and shelving. A parking permit for one car will be provided upon arrival which must be placed back in the apartment before departure, unfortunately the council will only allow us to purchase one permit, for additional cars there is an NCP car park not far away at the Harrogate Conference Centre. Situated on Franklin Road is a short walk to the Harrogate Conference Centre wonderfully positioned for those who are exhibiting or visiting the centre.

There is so much to see and do in Harrogate, it is difficult to list them all, so we have recommended a few of our favourites. Harrogate is a short drive to most rural beauty spots for those who like walking with a fabulous lunch at the end, try Bolton Abbey, the walk is approx 5 miles and finish at The Devonshire Arms Bistro. Dining - More central is the famous Betty's Tea Rooms, not only are their quintessential high teas amazing the every day menu is mouth watering too. From high tea to luxury dinner at the famous Ivy, still as good as the original in Covent Garden, you won't be disappointed so make it special, it isn't cheap. Then there is the good old Yorkshire special 'Fish and Chip's' try Craveleys before you leave town. General sight seeing - The famous Pump rooms that generate the mineral spring water, Valley Gardens and the Pine Woods, the famous Turkish Baths and ice cold plunge pool, you need to experience this. Just walk around our famous Stray grassland that surrounds Harrogate, stroll around our wonderful independent boutiques or high street shops. Harrogate offers character, amazing restaurants and shops - enjoy your time, you will want to come back.
