A very warm and relaxing atmosphere awaits you at Fring House Bed and Breakfast. We are superbly situated in a quiet residential area, yet only a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Both of our rooms are furnished to a very high standard with luxury soft bed linen and white fluffy towels. An excellent breakfast is served in our elegant dining room, using fresh produce from local suppliers. There is ample private parking and a secure area for bicycles.
My husband Trace and I bought Fring House when it was 4 flats in 2009. We lovingly restored it back to a family home and in 2014 we opened up as bed and breakfast. Recently we decorated the annexe to let as a self catering apartment. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
Seaton is the gateway to the Jurassic Coast and is the perfect base from which you can explore all of which Devon and Dorset has to offer. Beer, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Axminster River Cottage, are all within 15 minutes drive. There is so much to see in this beautiful part of Devon. The mile long beach at Seaton is excellent for water sports and there are some lovely cafes to sit outside and watch the world go by. Seaton has 7 pubs and several restaurants, (including a Steak House, Indian and Chinese) where you will find great food and entertainment. There is a golf course, mini golf, tramway, Jurassic centre, tennis courts and unique shops to browse around. Seaton Gateway offers plenty of entertainment in the Town Hall on a Saturday night and Seaton Carnival week starts on August Bank Holiday, which concludes with a wonderful illuminated procession parading through the streets. Seaton Tramways travel between Seaton and Colyton alongside the River Axe estuary and there are lots of great walks along the South West Coastal Path, which runs along the entire Jurassic Coast.
