We have lovingly restored this property ourselves and are passionate about constantly retaining the high standard of accommodation that we feel our guests deserve. We personally carry out all the cleaning and laundry, which ensures that we can instantly attend to anything that needs attention. In addition, we have a cosy one bedroom self contained apartment, just at the rear of this property that is also available for bookings through this site.

Property is one of our passions and we are really enjoying acting as host for people visiting Preston. We are both local active business owners and as such, you will find that we are as friendly, flexible and as accommodating as we can be. Sheldon owns the hair salon below and lives near by, so he is always on hand for any requests, local information or emergencies.

Our property is in a great location,for Preston City Centre and also not far from the motorway and Preston Royal Hospital. The recently landscaped Moor Park is 100 meters away, with Preston North End football ground accessible from there. Wlaking into town takes around 15 minutes and most UCLan buildings are on 10 minutes walk away.
