We have a beautiful front garden with lawns and cottage garden type flower beds, new patio furniture allows guests to sit outside and enjoy their breakfast or drinks outside. Our rooms are tastefully decorated and well maintained with good quality beds. We have recently installed a high pressure hot water system so that all our guests can experience a great shower. We have fast broadband to allow you to access wifi easily while on holiday.

We are a few 100 m from the facilities of Lynton a small Exmoor coastal town, with its own shops, cafes, restaurants, museum, cinema and famous cliff railway. A short walk takes you to the Valley of Rocks with its amazing rock formations, Lynmouth which is at sea level is a 15 minute walk down the cliff path with rocky beaches and beautiful riverside walks. Take a walk or short drive further onto the moors to find wonderful walks, horse riding and pretty moorland villages.
