Welcome to my listing for my beautiful 1 bedroom seaside retreat, in the beautiful historic town of Dawlish Devon (home of the black swan) Its centrally located close to all the amenities including the train station, main sea front, leisure centre, shops, pubs, restaurants, and bus stops. 5 mins walk from the beach front. You can smell the seaside air, the perfect place for a relaxing weekend get away. Pets are welcome and there are some beautiful scenic walks to enjoy.
