Glebe House is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Wookey near Wells in Somerset. It can sleep five people within its three bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms and there is also a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a sitting room and a large kitchen with dining area. Outside there is an enclosed garden that is shared with a neighbour, as well as off-road parking for one car and roadside parking for another. Glebe House is a property full of character in a peaceful countryside location.

Its spectacular Cathedral was built over the space of three hundred years and has been described as 'the most poetic of the English Cathedrals'. Adjoining the Cathedral is Vicars Close, home to the oldest complete medieval street in Europe, and the quaint market square offers an array of interesting shops, boutiques and restaurants, and a colourful twice-weekly market. The moated Bishop's Palace is another popular heritage site, it has been home to the Bishop's of Wells and Bath for over 800 years and boasts 14 acres of beautiful gardens. Nearby are the popular attractions of Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge, both offering great family days out.
