A little bit about us, having had a handful of Restaurants throughout the years “world-wide” and B&Bs in Carlingford, Palm Beach(Florida) and Rome, have decided to take it easy and run “The Oystercatcher” after falling in love with the tranquillity of the area. Stefano is a Member and Professor A.C.F. (American Culinary Federation), Sommelier F.I.S.(International Wines Connoisseur) and will host in house on request: - Cookery School - Evening Meal - Gourmet Nights and Wine pairing - Private Dinner for Special Occasions The Oystercatcher Chef strives to honour the tradition of classic Italian Cuisine where the integrity of handcrafted ingredients is paramount. We use only the best Italian products and our pasta is crafted in house from Italian flour, free-range eggs, sea salt and filtered water. Our food blends the best of fresh Ireland grown products and the fresh caught seafood with the traditions and food characteristics of our country of origin, Italy!
