Gogo Vale Apartment is on the preferred elevated ground level of a former 1830’s Mansion which was converted to flats in the 1960’s, and recently (2020) comprehensively refurbished to offer luxurious accommodation.
Gogo Vale provides sumptuous holiday accommodation on one floor and is well suited for a range of holidaymakers including families, walkers, cyclists and those just seeking a peaceful setting to enjoy the magnificent uninterrupted views to the Isles of Cumbrae, Arran and beyond. It is a simply wonderful location for a peaceful holiday, but within walking distance to the bustling and picturesque seaside town of Largs for access to hotels, restaurants, shops, golf courses, bowling greens, tennis courts, indoor sports facilities, Largs Marina and bus/rail links. Walkers can enjoy both gentle strolls along the promenade to take in the sea views and also to the Little Islands; or embark on more challenging treks as listed in “walk the highlands” or along the Ayrshire Coastal Path. Cyclists have similar gentle and testing options along the Sustrans network. Tourists can also go further afield by public transport to Glasgow which is within 1 hour by train.
